Company and Enterprise Law

Corporate reorganisation has traditionally been a speciality of RWT's Legal Practice. The motives for corporate reorganisation are many and varied. A new company may be started which then expands by acquiring another company or admitting partners, is wholly or partially transferred to a successor, divided into individual branches or wholly or partially sold off. These actions touch on a range of different laws, from commercial and company law through to inheritance and tax law. Designing tailored, individual solutions is therefore an essential part of providing consultancy in the area of company law.

We advise both on 'personal companies' (GbR, oHG, KG, GmbH & Co. KG) as well as 'capital companies' (GmbH, AG, KGaA). In addition we also offer services within association law and the law on foundations.

On points of enterprise law, we advise you when structuring your company's contractual relationships and represent your interests when dealing with contracting parties and contractual disputes.
